How is this different from Postmark or Mailgun?+
Postmark and Mailgun are email service providers — they send your email. InboxScore monitors deliverability for whatever ESP you use. We work alongside them, not instead of them.
Does it work with my email service?+
Yes — InboxScore is ESP-agnostic. Whether you're sending from SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, your own SMTP, or any combination, we monitor your sending domains and IPs the same way.
How fast are blacklist alerts?+
During your trial and on Pro, monitored domains are re-scanned every few hours. The moment a listing is detected, we fire your configured alert channels (email, Slack, webhook). Most users get notified within 60 minutes of being listed.
Do you support transactional and marketing email?+
Both. Whether you're sending password resets, receipts, newsletters, or campaigns — if it goes through SMTP, we monitor it.
Can I monitor multiple domains?+

What happens after my 14-day trial ends?+
